Cryptocurrency payment guide
The Money of the Future, Today.
Learn how to use cryptocurrencies step by step. Join the global financial revolution and make fast, secure, and borderless payments.
Why use cryptocurrencies?
Cryptocurrencies have moved beyond a passing fad to become the financial standard of the future. Major companies like Tesla, Microsoft, and PayPal are already integrating them. In Peru, their acceptance is growing exponentially because they offer freedom: you are your own bank.
Forget waiting for business days. Crypto transfers happen in minutes, 24/7, including Sundays and holidays.
Thanks to blockchain technology, every transaction is immutable and secure. No one can alter your payment.
The same currency (like USDT or Bitcoin) is worth the same here as in China. It's the global currency.
Choose your tool
We have prepared guides for the two most reliable platforms in Peru.
Why Lemon? It's an app designed for Latin America. It's as easy to use as Yape. You can deposit Soles from your bank and convert them to Crypto with a single click. Ideal if it's your first time.
Deposit Soles
Once your account is verified, tap the "Deposit" button. The app will give you a personal account number (CCI). Transfer funds from your BCP, Interbank, or BBVA account to that CCI.
Tip: Transfer an extra S/ 5 to cover the small network fees.
Switch to USDT
When your Soles arrive, go to the "Exchange" button. Select to exchange from PEN (Soles) to USDT (Tether) . USDT is a stablecoin that is always worth 1 US Dollar.
Pay / Send
To pay us, go to "Send" > "Cryptocurrencies" . Choose the USDT currency, select the network (usually BEP20), and paste the wallet address we'll give you at the end of your purchase.
Why Binance? It's the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. It has more features and professional tools. It's ideal if you want to learn in-depth about the crypto ecosystem.
Create Account (Lite or Pro Version)
Download Binance. Initially, we recommend activating "Binance Lite" mode (by clicking on the profile icon) for a simpler interface.
Load Funds (Two ways)
Option A (Card): You can buy USDT directly with your debit/credit card (it's fast but charges a fee).
Option B (P2P Trading): This is the most common method in Peru. You buy USDT from other Peruvian users by transferring funds to their BCP, Yape, or Plin accounts. Binance acts as an arbitrator to ensure security.
Withdraw / Pay
Go to your Wallet , select USDT and click Withdraw . Choose "Send via crypto network".
Choosing the Network (Crucial)
When paying, we'll ask you to send via a specific network (usually BSC/BEP20 or Tron/TRC20 ). Make sure you choose the same network on Binance, or the money could be lost.
💡 Safety Tips
- Always verify the first and last 4 characters of the wallet address before sending.
- Never share your private keys or passwords.
- If you have any questions about which network to use (BEP20 vs TRC20), please ask us before submitting.
Welcome to the future of payments!
